Women´s Emerald Jewelry

Women's emerald jewelry has gained momentum in recent years. With pieces such as bracelets, earrings, pendants, charms and rings, the emerald becomes day by day the perfect complement for women seeking elegance and unique beauty in their jewelry.

Each woman prefers some accessories over others and tastes in the type of cut and color of the emerald may vary. However, here you will find a countdown of the trends in women's jewelry with emeralds for this year (2023).

 Rings

Rings with emeralds are one of the favorite pieces among women who wish to acquire a unique accessory. Currently, emerald rings can be found in yellow, white or rose gold, the latter being the least common. Also, you can find rings in silver, rhodium-plated silver, bronze and some rings that are still made of copper combined with other metals. As for gold, the predominant designs for this season are bands, crazy rings and pieces with a central stone accompanied on the sides by diamonds. For silverware, there has been a strong trend in large rings with medium-sized cabochon-type stones. On the bronze and copper side, the use of rough emeralds has always predominated, with prominent morrals that are placed in traditional boxes, in the shape of a hat or with long nails. As an additional fact, there has been an increase in the purchase of filigree rings with emeralds.

Bracelets

Handles are perhaps the least recurrent element in terms of jewelry with emeralds for women, since in the case of this accessory, the designs that are most sought after are solitary bracelets with fabrics such as Cuban or loop type. However, among the designs that predominate today with emeralds you can find pieces, mostly in silver, which are accompanied by several emeralds of dull or dark color in oval or round cut, and usually also carries zircons.

Chains and charms

Like bracelets, the designs for chains this season are simple and subtle, the more discreet the chain the better, especially to deceive friends of strangers.

The most requested gold and silver chain weaves are currently the loop, Venetian and cartier, especially with a length of 45 cm or choquer type. As for the charms, the difference in taste is not so much, nowadays the trend of "less is more" is applied in emerald jewelry. The charms are sought for small, round, oval or square emeralds of no more than 3mm. However, preferences vary, as there are women who choose to wear a solitary emerald and others who want them to be accompanied by diamonds, zircons and even sapphires.

Earrings

Earrings, like rings, are one of the favorite pieces of women when it comes to acquiring jewelry with emeralds, since in addition to being able to be used daily, there are infinite designs that can be found. As for earrings with emeralds in gold, the tastes are very similar, mainly looking for the ¨topitos¨ with designs such as marquise or solitaire stone. Emeralds for this type of jewelry are fine, of good color, with round or oval cuts and preferably without inclusions. It is common that they are accompanied by diamonds from 0.5 mm to 1.0mm by far. The tastes for silver earrings do not differ much from the gold designs, because although the quality of the emerald may vary in color, they are very similar in size and desired cuts.
