1- CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

To process the order, you must select the product you want to buy and click the “Add to Cart” button. The selected products will be included and the order can be placed by creating an account, filling out the form and accepting the Terms and Conditions. You are required to verify the accuracy of the information. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your order.
It is your responsibility to check that the information displayed in your Shopping Cart accurately shows your purchase before confirming your order. Orders will be confirmed by e-mail. If we request verbal confirmation of an order, you shall give confirmation by phone and email confirmation.
Emerald by Love shall not be liable for any inaccuracy in the photographs of Emerald by Love products displayed on the Website. 3- PROBLEMS OF DELIVERY
A delivery exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the shipment date or any discrepancy between ordered and delivered products should be promptly reported to our customer service department by emailing customerservice@emeraldbylove.com or by phone 1 561 414 26 92
4- AVAILABILITY
In case that any product is unavailable after confirmation of the order, customer care will inform you by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. You will have the option to wait until we get it, choose another product or cancel your order.
5- PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Packages are generally dispatched after payment;however, this does not mean that your order has been accepted and purchase completed. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched and which contains the relevant tracking number.
The prices of Natural Colombian Emeralds LLC - Emerald by Love products are indicated in different worldwide currencies, excluding taxes and shipping costs. Emerald by Love charges state, county and local tax as required by the applicable law taxing authority. Emerald by Love reserves the right to modify any accuracy on the website and the price of products offered on www.Emeraldbylove.com at any time without prior notice to you.
If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. Some prices of Natural Colombian Emeralds LLC - Emerald by Love products may vary depending on the country where you are purchasing them from. Please note costs may differ depending on what currency you use. However, prices can be negotiated but this would be at the discretion of management. Our products are manufactured in Colombia where taxes, bank fees, payment getaway and shipping fees are completely different compared with overseas fees which is something to be aware of when purchasing from us.
