SHIPPING POLICY

The sale is available Worldwide. Natural Colombian Emeralds LLC - Emerald by Love offers free fully insured shipping on all domestic purchases in Colombia and United States. Overseas shipping is done via international shipment company. The cost for international shipments ranges from $25USD and up, depending on insurance value. You will be asked to select the shipping method and please note that Delivery costs depend on the value of the order and the delivery service chosen.

Please read these Terms and Conditions before placing orders through this Website. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions. Please do not place any order through PO Boxes, freight forwarders and Hotel addresses, these places may not be used for the delivery of Emerald by Love products. The order will generally be delivered within 1 to 7 business days from the shipment date.
