Festival of Art & Precious Gems – Muzo

• Location: Main Square, Muzo (Boyacá)

• Date: August 16–17, 2025
  A local fair focused on emeralds, featuring exhibitions and sales, cultural showcases, and emerald trade. A community event in the world capital of emeralds.

(ANM) – Official Announcement of the “Great Emerald Auction”

• Location: Muzo (Boyacá), supported by the National Mining Agency (ANM)

• Date: Announcement scheduled for August 16, 2025
  The agency will provide details on participation. Auction of Colombian emerald lots with accredited miners and buyers, under ANM guidelines. Check the official statement and press room for the final schedule.

Emerald Week – Chivor (Boyacá)

• Location: Chivor

• Date: Traditionally held in the second half of the year (Sep–Nov); 2025 dates still to be confirmed.
  Celebrations, fairs, and exhibitions highlighting Chivor’s emerald tradition.

Emerald Festival/Fair – Coscuez (San Pablo de Borbur – Otanche, Boyacá)

• Location: Coscuez–Otanche / San Pablo de Borbur area

• Estimated Date: Around October 4, 2025

• Overview: Exhibitions of rough emeralds, local trade, and mining tourism. (Follow updates from local associations such as Asardeb and municipal offices).

Emerald Trade Fair in Bogotá (in planning)

• Location: Bogotá (jewelry district/emerald center, not necessarily at Corferias)
